At Patient Aid LLC We are committed to shipping your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Therefore, we have established strong relationships with some of the best delivery companies nationwide.


Shipping Rates

Economy Shipping is FREE on every order processed on patientaid.com going to anywhere in the Continental United States. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to additional shipping charges. International shipping is not available at this time. We cannot ship to the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, or Guam.

You will have several options to choose from when determining how your order will be shipped and how much you are wanting to pay.


Expedited Shipping Available:

Second Day and Overnight Shipping is available on every product we sell at PatientAid.com. You will have several options to choose how you want your order to ship from the One Step Checkout Page before placing your order. Most orders for 2ndAir and Overnight ship by Fedex. Expedited shipping is available for delivery Monday thru Friday only. Please call to arrange for Saturday delivery as it involves additional costs and is not available to all US zip codes.


We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or legal holidays.


Everything is In-Stock:

Unlike 99.9% of our competitors we do not drop ship anything. Every single product we sell on our website is stocked and shipped by us. So, unlike our competitors we can make sure the items are brand new, packaged correctly and in stock. There is nothing more frustrating than ordering a product from an online store only to find out days later that it is on back order or has been discontinued. We promise that if it is for sale on our website it is in stock and will ship same day if ordered by 4PM EST. There are very few companies in the medical equipment space that can come close to providing the customer experience we can and promise you same day shipping like we can. All items are shipped to your destination from the closest in-stock warehouse. Never will your order be held on a dock for days or weeks because some of your items are on back order. We stock everything we sell and if we are out of it then it is not available on our site to order until we have inventory again.


All orders are shipped same day by 4PM EST or the next business day if ordered after 4PM EST. Once your order is shipped it usually takes 2-5 business for you to receive your order depending on your shipping location and if you choose expedited shipping at checkout. As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a shipping notification email with the tracking number and the shipping company so you can track your order online and get an exact date of when you should expect your order to arrive. You will receive a second email notification as soon as your order is delivered. If for some reason, you do not receive a shipping confirmation email after 24 hours please email us at tracking@patientaid.com and we will send it to you. Sometimes our shipping emails get stuck in our customer’s junk mail or rejected by their email servers for looking like spam. Patient Aid is not responsible for outside costs associated with shipping delays. If you have a time-sensitive situation, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible and arrange for expedited shipping but with all our shipments shipping within 1 business day it is very rare that you will not get your order in a very timely manner.
